上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院秉承“仁术济世”和“以病人为中心”宗旨，充分整合综合性医院多学科优势资源，利用互联网、医联体和肿瘤专科联盟等平台进行一体化管理，创新诊治模式，倾力打造集肿瘤预防、筛查、诊断、治疗、康复及心理干预等于一体、医教研防管全方位发展的肿瘤防治中心。通过全生命周期管理，为各种肿瘤患者提供规范化、个性化诊治服务，最终实现肿瘤患者生存期和生存质量全面提升的建设目标。

    多学科综合诊疗（MDT）模式是仁济医院肿瘤中心的主要特色之一，2014年6月以来，医院先后挂牌乳腺疾病、胃肠疾病等多个综合诊治中心，常规开展15个肿瘤MDT，涵盖胃、肠、肝脏、胆胰、泌尿、妇科、男性生殖系统、甲状腺、肺、乳腺、脑、淋巴瘤、原发不明肿瘤、神经内分泌和耳鼻咽喉肿瘤等15个瘤种，居于上海市第一位。另外，在全国范围内率先成立了MDT专家委员会，是国家卫健委四家MDT示范单位之一，并在全国大型公立医院中首次以指南形式颁布了肿瘤MDT临床诊治中心管理规范。

    肿瘤中心的建设目标和运行特色主要包括但不限于：

依托医院信息健康管理中心、全科医学中心、宣传中心、互联网医院以及各相关临床科室，建立和推广健康人群防癌、治癌的科普宣传及教育；

依托肿瘤内科、放射治疗科以及肿瘤介入科等平台科室，整合多学科资源，根据肿瘤类别构建并完善多学科联合会诊（MDT）平台，强化肿瘤的规范化诊疗；

依托医院肿瘤样本库、病理科、检验科、上海肿瘤研究所及国家重点实验室，深入研究肿瘤发生发展新机制、探索临床诊治新技术和新方案；

依托仁济医院临床研究中心，聚焦抗肿瘤新药物和新型技术前沿临床研究，不断创造和完善临床证据，充实相关领域规范和指南；

依托医院信息大数据平台，实现肿瘤数据的全程管理，实现临床诊治决策系统的智能化辅助；

依托互联网医院以及肿瘤专病管家服务模式，着力实现有计划、有希望、有温度的肿瘤现代诊疗体验；

创新性建立肿瘤患者“宁养疗护”模式，整合肿瘤镇痛、营养、心理干预、人性化护理等亚专业，着力提高肿瘤全程管理的人文关怀。

放眼未来，仁济医院将遵循《“健康中国2030”规划纲要》，积极承担国家肿瘤防治重任，坚持不懈探索和追求肿瘤的规范化诊治，同时不断加大肿瘤基础和临床转化研究投入，以大数据、信息化、人工智能为手段，着力开展前沿性、高质量的肿瘤临床试验，引领国内肿瘤研究治疗方向，参与国际肿瘤研究治疗分工合作，在国际肿瘤诊治领域贡献中国力量。

    肿瘤中心（Comprehensive Cancer Center, CCC）秉持着创新、研究、智慧和国际化的理念，致力于打造亚洲一流的医学中心标杆医院。中心的发展思路是全面对标美国MD Anderson癌症中心，以期建成国内一流、具有较高知名度和影响力的肿瘤综合治疗、技术研发临床医学中心。

The Cancer Center of Renji Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine adheres to the spirit of “benefit humankind with benevolent skills” and the purpose of “patients first”. The Center is oriented to standardized diagnosis and treatment through fully integrating the excellent multi-disciplinary resources of the general hospital, focusing on the multidisciplinary team (MDT) management of malignancies, innovating diagnosis and treatment modalities, and making every effort to achieve standardized and individualized precision diagnosis and treatment. The Center aims to improve the survival time and quality of life of cancer patients, and create a cancer prevention and treatment center that integrates prevention, screening, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation support, and that promotes all-round development of medical care, education, research, prevention, and management, to realize full life cycle management.

MDT approach is one of the key features of the Cancer Center of Renji Hospital. Since June, 2014, Renji Hospital has opened multiple MDT centers, such as the MDT center for breast diseases and for gastrointestinal diseases, has regularly operated 15 cancer-specific MDTs, covering the carcinomas of stomach, intestine, liver, gall bladder & pancreas, urology, gynecology, male reproductive system, thyroid, lungs, breast, brain, neuroendocrine，otorhinolaryngology，lymphoma and primary unidentified tumors. The Cancer Center not only has such a top number of cancer-specific MDTs in Shanghai, but also takes the lead in forming an MDT Expert Committee in China. It is now one of the four MDT demonstration units recognized by the National Health Commission. The Center also issued the MDT Good Practice in the form of guidelines, the first time in a large public hospital.

The prospective objectives and key performances of the Cancer Center include but not limited to:

Provide and popularize the scientific knowledge and education for healthy population on cancer prevention and treatment depending on the health information management center, general practice center, education center of the hospital, Internet hospital, and relevant clinical departments.

Strengthen the standardized diagnosis and treatment of cancers by establishing and improving MDT platforms according to specific cancer type and integrating the multi-disciplinary resources from departments of oncology, radiotherapy, and interventional therapy.

Cooperate with the tumor sample bank, pathology department, and laboratory medicine of Renji Hospital, as well as Shanghai Cancer Research Institute, and State Key Laboratory to investigate new mechanisms underlying tumorigenesis and tumor progression and explore new technologies and regimens for clinical diagnosis and treatment.

With the support from the Clinical Research Center of Renji Hospital, the Cancer Center concentrates on the cutting-edge clinical studies of new anti-tumor drugs and novel technologies, constantly creates and improves clinical evidence, enriches the best practice and guidelines in relevant fields.

Based on the hospital big data platform, the Cancer Center shall realize the whole process management of tumor data to make the intelligence-aided clinical diagnosis and treatment decision system come true.

Take the advantages of the Internet hospital and butler service mode of cancer specialist to do the best to make cancer patients experience a scheduled, hopeful, warm, and modern health care.

Innovatively establish a mode of care for cancer patients focusing on soothing, nourishing, treating, and nursing, which can be combined with the strengths of such cancer sub-specialties as analgesia, nutrition, psychological intervention and humanized nursing to improve the humanistic care during the whole process of cancer management.

Looking forward, the Cancer Center of Renji Hospital will follow the “Healthy China 2030” blueprint, actively undertake the important task of national cancer prevention and treatment. In addition to ongoing exploration and pursuit of standardized cancer diagnosis and treatment, the Cancer Center will also keep increasing the investment on basic and translational cancer researches, actively carry out cutting-edge and high-quality clinical studies on cancers by means of big data, information technology, and artificial intelligence, lead the direction of domestic cancer research and treatment, participate in the undertakings and cooperation of international cancer research and treatment, and make China’s contribution in the field of international cancer diagnosis and treatment.
