Please register at reception with both of your insurance card and passport/ID card.

3. Fill in form

Please fill in the claim form according the insurance company’s requirement.

4. See a doctor

See a doctor. If needed, our staff will accompany you finishing all the exams.

5. Go back to the reception

After you finish all the procedure, please go back to the reception with you claim form.

Reminder: Please be advised that direct billing does not ensure complete medical coverage. It is the patient’s responsibility to understand their individual insurance policy and coverage. Any items not covered under your policy will be your responsibility to pay for after we process with your insurance company.
