Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH)

Vasculopathy characterized by precapillary pulmonary hypertension, frequently associated with connective-tissue diseases such as lupus and systemic sclerosis. Features: pulmonary vascular remodeling, right ventricular hypertrophy. Symptoms include dyspnea, syncope, right ventricle failure.
