Since the establishment of the department, nearly 10,000 open/laparoscopic surgeries for various high-risk and difficult grade IV gynecological tumors have been completed, and the rate of grade IV surgeries reaches more than 50% annually. The department routinely performs "3D laparoscopic radical surgery for cervical cancer without lifting the uterus", "laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer with preservation of fertility", and "laparoscopic surgery for cervical cancer with preservation of neurological function",New technology and new programs such as "fluorescence navigation sentinel lymph node biopsy comprehensive staging surgery for endometrial cancer".So far, it has completed more than 200 cases of fertility preservation surgery for cervical cancer, with low recurrence rate and satisfactory pregnancy rate. With the help of multidisciplinary cooperation platform of the hospital, the department has formed a distinctive surgical style in open tumor cytoreduction for advanced ovarian cancer, and the ratio of satisfactory tumor cytoreduction reaches more than 80%, which improves the prognosis of patients.

The department also carries out gynecological tumor surgery for benign tumors, and more than 80% of the surgeries are completed under laparoscopy. It carries out single-port laparoscopic and da Vinci robotic laparoscopic surgeries, and routinely carries out various types of surgeries including laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cysts, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and uterine prolapse, etc. For the surgery of deep endometriosis (DIE of the urinary system, intestinal DIE, and pelvic floor DIE, etc.), it has achieved satisfactory treatment results through multidisciplinary cooperation.Discipline cooperation to achieve satisfactory therapeutic effect. It has also accumulated rich clinical experience in difficult and critical patients with multiple comorbidities and advanced age.
