Established in 1997, Renji Hospital's Emergency Department handles critical cases in Pudong and Minhang, ranking top three in Shanghai for outpatient volume with over 400,000 visits in 2023. Zhu Changqing, director of the Emergency Department, chief physician, supervisor of postgraduate, and has been a member, deputy chairman, and chairman of various emergency physician associations.He has worked in emergency medicine for over 30 years and led or participated in over 20 national, provincial, and ministerial projects, totaling nearly 3 million yuan in funding. This includes 2 National Natural ScienceFoundation projects and 1 Shanghai HealthBureauproject.He has published numerouspapers in authoritative journals both domestically and internationallyin the professional field, and contributed to consensus documents and reviewed academic journals.
