The bimonthly forum of Shanghai Key Laboratory of Gynecologic Oncology was recently held at Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. This forum served as a platform for interdisciplinary academic exchange, aiming to bridge clinical practice and research, and to foster innovation in clinical medical research and the development of young research-oriented physicians.

Professor Di Wen, the President of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and Director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Gynecologic Oncology, delivered the opening address. The event was chaired by Professor Qiu Lihua, Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Renji Hospital, and Professor Zhuang Guanglei, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Gynecologic Oncology.

Distinguished guests were invited to present special reports, including Professor Lan Zhu, Chairman of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Peking Union Medical College Hospital; Chief Physician Lin Li from the Department of Ophthalmology at the Ninth People’s Hospital of Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; Chief Physician Ding Song from the Department of Cardiology at Renji Hospital; Associate Chief Physician Su Zhen Dong from the Department of Radiology at Shanghai Children’s Medical Center affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine; Professor Jia Hua Pan, Chairman of the Department of Urology at Renji Hospital; and Professor Shi San Bao from the Department of Pathology at the University of Sydney. They shared the latest research findings and clinical research experiences with the attendees.
